1. Service Overview

Phone Numbers is an Indian-based platform that offers VIP, fancy, and premium mobile numbers for sale. We assist customers in selecting, reserving, and transferring unique phone numbers under proper telecom guidelines.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide valid KYC documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).

• Agree to telecom norms as set by Indian operators and regulatory bodies.

3. Order & Booking

• Numbers are subject to availability.

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment.

• Once a number is sold/booked, it cannot be resold to another customer.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the buyer provides false or incomplete details.

4. Delivery & Activation

• Numbers will be delivered either as a physical SIM or via e-KYC activation depending on your telecom operator and region.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and operator process.

• We are not responsible for any delay caused by the telecom company.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and other secure digital payment methods.

• No Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available.

• All payments made are non-refundable once the number is confirmed/booked.

6. Transfer & Ownership

• Ownership of the number will be transferred to the customer after completion of KYC and activation.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to complete activation within the telecom company’s deadline.

7. No Guarantee of Number Patterns

We strive to keep our listings up to date, but we cannot 100% guarantee the availability of all displayed numbers at the time of booking.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services or the numbers purchased through this platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Issues caused by telecom operators post-activation.

• SIM misuse after handover.

• Delay or loss due to wrong details provided by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by Phone Numbers and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
